Maharashtra State Employment Return ER-1 Filing Procedure

Dear All,
I need to file ER-1 Filing through Online Portal for Maharashtra State (4 Locations).
Since it is the first time, can somebody give me the step by step procedure for creating new login and filing the return.
Please, this is urgent.
