Am I Eligible for Gratuity After Working 4 Years, 10 Months, and 13 Days? Seeking Advice

I have worked in my previous company for 4 years, 10 months, and 13 days and was relieved. Am I eligible for claiming Gratuity? My date of joining was 17/11/2006, and the date of relieving was 30/09/2011. Kindly let me know your comments.
