Gratuity - worked in company for 4 years 10 months and 13 days?

I have worked in my previous company for 4 years 10 months and 13 days and relieved.
Am I eligible for claiming Gratiuty.
Date of Joining is 17/11/2006.
Date of Releiving is 30/09/2011.
Kindly let me know your comments.
