But in many time me and my family are suffering from minor deceases/illness, where not necessary to admit in hospital. for those cases I am not taking my medical benefit & all the cost bear by own savings.
For that purpose, I want to know can I take benefit Of ESI with out my company approval, if it is chargeable then also i'am agree bear the cost.
Please somebody help me, with provide some useful information.( if possible).

Dear Soumyakanti,
Employee can not enroll himself in ESIC without employer's code . If your salary is more than 21k gross your employer kept you out of ESIC and covered in Mediclaim policy which gives claim for 24 hrs hospitalisation or surgery etc. Please take a note that mediclaim is for saving you the huge expenditure on medical issues. however, consultation without admittance is not covered in it neither are pharmacy bills.
Also, If you have to spend small amounts but, very frequently which leads to huge amount. I have a solution for you, In every mediclaim policy there is a clause of pre & post admittance expenses. I.e one month prior to and 2 months later from the date of admission. ask your doctor to admit you to keep you under observation for a day. that way you will get cover for all pharmacy bills and doctor consultation charges for three months. I would however, not say that this is ethical but, this is the best possible answer for your question.
