If any employee was not under PF earlier and now his basic salary is above Rs. 15,000/-, what will be the contribution from the employer and employee - based on the actual basic salary or the minimum wage limit of Rs. 15,000/-?
Hi, If the employee was not covered under PF earlier, then why should it be incorporated now? Secondly, PF contribution can be based on actual wages or as per the ceiling value of Rs. 15,000, depending on mutual agreement between the employee and employer.
