If any employee is not under PF earlier. Now his basic salary is above Rs. 15,000/-
What will be contribution from Employer & employee - at actual basic or minimum wage limit Rs. 15,000/-?

Hi, If the employee was not covered under PF earlier then why now to be incorporated in. Secondly PF contribution can be on actual or as per ceiling value of Rs. 15000/- depending on employee and employer mutual agreement.
