As per the G.O. No.: Actuary 18(2) 2008/Vol. III/ 5905, dated 23rd July 2014, the Employee Pension Scheme applies only to Employee Provident Fund members whose pay at the time of becoming a PF member is not more than Rs.15,000 per month.
In this regard, for employees who joined after August '14 with a wage above Rs. 15,000, we have contributed all the contributions to EPF. Now, PF has stated that the person employed for the first time under EPF falls under this GO. Therefore, they are now insisting on us to submit the revised Form 3A along with the Indemnity.
I kindly request our seniors to send me the format of the Indemnity.
