PF Enrollment Dilemma: How to Register Employees from Assam Without Aadhar Cards?

Dear seniors,

Recent changes in PF enrollment don't allow registration of employees without an Aadhar card. How can we enroll our employees from Assam and the North-East area where Aadhar card registration camps have not officially started yet?

Please help.

North East has exemption until 01/10/2017 for Aadhaar, but after this date, Aadhaar seeding is a must for existing employees.

Thanks for this information. If possible, could you please share the notification/circular regarding the same? Also, is this valid for a Delhi-based company that has field staff in the North East?
