Missed PF Contributions for Employees: Can We Fix This for the Last 3 Months?

I have a query regarding PF deposits on a back date. In my organization, we failed to deposit PF for some employees by mistake for the last 3 months. Now, we want to deposit their contributions and the employer's contributions. Is it possible, and how can I do this?

Please note, a delay in the payment of statutory payments is not allowed. However, you can make the payment as arrears payment. Along with that, you need to pay some amount as a penalty as well.

You can deposit the contributions as you normally do; interest and damages will be informed by PF authorities in due course.
