Accident case in ESI - injured when employee was going to home after shift

Hi friends, One employee is injured when he was going to home after shift and he is under ESI.
Could you tell us We (organization) are eligible for any Compensation to give him for injury.

Employee will get treatment from ESIC dispensary /Hospital and wages benefit also
if the accident is within the duty hours then submit form 12 online ( accident report)

before submitting online accident report firstly Please check type of accident. As in normal injury there is not required to submit accident report.
You can only submit accident report if fatal accident, if opposite done complain in police station if FIR done and death done of IP.
