What Happens to Employee Formalities When Your Company Changes Its Name?

Hi,

Can anyone clarify what the procedures are if my old company changes its name and is taken over by another name, with the same Directors? We have the MOA, AOA, and Incorporation in the new company name. Do we need to register freshly for PF, ESI, and PT under the new name? What are the formalities for our employees? All employees are continuing in the company. Do we need to issue any new appointment orders or any other documents?

Please mention three new names selected and give them to your Auditor for changing the company name. They will submit the necessary documents.
