Hi Team, I am new to citeHR. I actually joined today. We are a startup Data Analytics & Digital Marketing company. In our company, 23 people have successfully cleared and been selected for the training program we will provide free of cost for the next 3 months. This training program is designed to train freshers of any background who want to pursue a career in Data Analytics & Digital Marketing.
Training Program Details
There will be an assessment test at the end of this training, and it is mandatory to successfully clear the test. Upon clearing the test, our company will issue a final employment letter, and all successful trainees will be taken onto our company payroll. During the training, we are offering an amount of Rs. 3000/- as a stipend or travelling allowance.
Need for Provisional Offer Letter
Now, I need to issue a provisional offer letter to these selected freshers from various fields for the position of Traineeship. Kindly help me with this. Let me know if you need any more clarification on this matter.
