Dear Nageswara Rao,
The retirement age would have been fixed in your standing orders or letter of appointment or service regulations. No statutory fixation of retirement age other than the EPF Act which sets 58 years of age for payment of contributions. If the age of retirement has not yet been prescribed so far in your establishment fix it for workman category and others and incorporate it accordingly in your standing orders or service regulations by means of necessary amendments.
No, Mr.Rao, an industrial employee, on his normal retirement on attaining the age of superannuation, will not get any terminal benefit other than what you've rightly mentioned from his employer.
