Want to know full procedure for PF and ESI Challan Generation 2017

Need guidelines about full procedure for PF and ESI Challan Generation 2017.
I am getting file download threads but all of those are before 2013.
Let me know if any updated (2017) downloads available for PF,ESI ECR file and challan generation steps.
