Sorting error " Aadhaar authentication failed" while registering member - UAN generation

Sir,
Few of Aadhaar card of our employees have only year of birth. While registering the same in EPF portal, we receive the following error "Aadhaar authentication failed. AADHAAR number, Name, DOB or Gender mismatch with registered data". Could anybody guide us how to resolve this issue.

We also face the same problem while enrolling new members. As it is mandatory this month on wards for generating UAN, if anyone has a solution please share.
