How Can I Effectively Train Site Employees to Boost Our HR Department's Impact?

Dear Seniors,

I am working in an electrification company as an HR Manager. We have 50 employees on the payroll across India. At each site like Bengal, Punjab, etc., we have 1 Project Manager, 1 Engineer, and 3-4 electricians. Now, the point is I want to conduct some training for them as I aim to strengthen my HR department and educate them as well. What type of training could I conduct, and what should be the topic? Is there anything else I could do? Please guide me.
