How to calculate Basic Salary if monthly salary is given

Hi HRs.
I want to know the salary breakdown structure in India.
For e.g. my monthly salary is Rs16000/-.
How can I calculate the Basic, HRA, DA, Medical & other allowance from it.
Please help.

Basic Salary= 6400/-
Dearness Allowance=2400/-
House Rent Allowance= 3200/-
Conveyance Allowance=1400/-
Medical Reimbursement=1250/-
Education Allowance-200/-
Special Allowance=1150/-

Mr Amit, please guide how you have calculated the basic salary? what minimum wages have you considered, kindly explain in detail.
