Steps to take if employee complaints about canteen food?

If some employee come and complain about the canteen food is not good , which steps i need to take?

Greetings of the day!!!
Please prepare a committee ( Internal employees ) for regular audit of canteen also for menu of canteen. Do regular survey from employees for betterment canteen. Change the committee every year for better result and frame the policy accordingly.
