How Do I Merge a Previous EPF Account with a New UAN for New Joiners?

I have a query regarding Form No. 13 of EPF. I receive Form No. 11 and Form No. 2 from new joiners with all details furnished. Some joiners have provided the previous company UAN number; we use the same UAN number to register them in our company.

Some of the new joiners have not provided the previous company PF number at the time of joining. We created their new UAN number, and now they have provided Form No. 13 to transfer their previous company PF to the new UAN (which we created). I have created their new UAN number, so how can I merge their previous account with the new one?

Hi, there are 2 options in practices, namely online transfer and sending Form 13 for transfer. You can follow either of these 2 methods.
