Dear sir,

Can you please tell me whether I can continue my ESIC scheme even after termination of my job, and if yes, how? I have been working with a retail organization for the past 9 years, but very soon, they are going to shut down their operations.

ESI treatment can be obtained for another six months even though contributions were not made.
Note: Please use the same ESI number with the next employer to avail all the benefits under ESI.
