Currently, my company has various policies in place, such as the leave policy, incentive schemes, insurance, medical reimbursement, PF, ESI, Sexual Harassment policy, Travel & Reimbursement, Employee code of conduct, Benefits, compensation, separation policy, and exit interviews.
