Need Help with Form 10C: Do I Fill Bank Details Again for PF Scheme Certificate?

Hi,

After 11 years of service, I would like to close my PF. I can choose the "Scheme Certificate" option only. In that case, please let me know whether I need to fill out the "Bank Account Details" in Page 2 of FORM 10C. Please confirm.

I have already provided the bank details in Form 19 (Composite Claim Form).

All columns should be filled in Form 10C. If the employee is opting to join any other establishment with EPF, then he/she can use the same UAN and/or make a transfer of the pension fund to the new employer's account.
