ESIC - after 2 years of enrolment you can get super speciality treatment?

Hello everyone,
My father is suffering from heart disease. I want to arrange his treatment from ESIC. But officials told me that after 2 years of enrolment you can get super speciality treatment. Kindly help me with your valuable solutions.

As per recent circular of ESIC, eligibility of Super Specialty treatment for IP and families is only after contribution of two years from date of registration, out of which at least two contribution periods must be at-least 78 days contributions.
