1. If an employee is allowed to work from home, there are certain conditions precedent for working from home.
2. The login of person on the lap top or desktop from home to the company systems, captures the data and accordingly attendance is captured by the system.
3. In case there is no log in and the person works from home, he is required to submit daily reports in writing of his work done and the progress of work, this report is treated as attendance.
4. If report is not submitted for any day the employee is treated as absent or if he applies for leave, he is marked on leave.
5. The Supervisor concerned has to provide attendace report of employee concerned.
