Conditions for Working from Home
If an employee is allowed to work from home, there are certain conditions that must be met. The login of a person on their laptop or desktop from home to the company systems captures the data, and accordingly, attendance is recorded by the system. In case there is no login and the person works from home, they are required to submit daily reports in writing of their work done and the progress of work; this report is treated as attendance. If a report is not submitted for any day, the employee is treated as absent, or if they apply for leave, they are marked on leave. The supervisor concerned has to provide an attendance report of the employee in question.
