Payroll software for labour contractor - automatically calculate attendance?

Hi, I am Nitin, a labor contractor working with different companies. I am now looking to purchase a payroll software that is user-friendly, easy to understand, and capable of generating all HR-related reports (ESIC & PF Challan, Salary Sheet, Salary Slip, Master data for separate companies). Additionally, I need a feature that automatically calculates attendance. Please suggest suitable options; I would be greatly thankful to all of you.

Wages are calculated based on attendance, not the other way around.
