How Can We Shift EPF Transactions to Our Vapi Office? Seeking Advice from Experienced Peers

Dear Senior Friends,

The organization has an EPF establishment code in Rajkot location, but the organization's corporate office and manufacturing hub are currently functioning in Vapi location. We want to make all the EPF transactions through the Vapi regional office. What is the right way to do this? I need some suggestions.

It's good learning work for any HR. As per my knowledge, these types of changes will happen through a letter to the Regional PF Commissioner. You can directly contact the regional PF commissioner to know the further process.
