Can an exit Employee who was supposed to be covered under PF but not covered claim for EPF benefits from the company ?

One marketing Executive was expelled from the service without giving any reason. He was drawing salary of Rs.15000/- by bank transfer and Rs.15000/- cash. No deduction in his salary. Total staff strength is 50.He had worked for the company more than 11 years.No appointment letter, no dismissal letter. Just they removed the name from attendance without intimation to the staff. Can he claim for the loss of statutory benefits?.

Yes he can, if he proves that he was working for the company.
