One marketing executive was expelled from the service without giving any reason. He was drawing a salary of Rs. 15,000/- by bank transfer and Rs. 15,000/- in cash, with no deductions from his salary. The total staff strength is 50. He had worked for the company for more than 11 years. There was no appointment letter or dismissal letter. They simply removed his name from the attendance without informing the staff. Can he claim for the loss of statutory benefits?
