I had a query regarding PF. The company had not given me PF as it is not mentioned in the offer letter. However, they are asking me to fill out the PF form. Is it okay to fill it out, or should I not fill the form?
PF Form 11 is mandatory to be filled out by all employees. Employees who are paid a salary basic over ₹15,000 and do not have any EPF account in their past service(s) have the option to not join the EPF.
