Dear Sir/Madam, I am looking to register my business, which is 'Computer Software Training Institute,' under 'Shop and Commercial Establishments' in Karnataka State. When I am entering the details in the section 'Details of proprietor/Managing Partner/Directors,' I have selected the designation as 'Proprietor/Proprietrix.' But at the end of the application page, it is asking me to submit a document for MOA.

Questions about Sole Proprietorship and MOA Requirement

Here, my questions are: How can I specify that my business is a Sole Proprietor (I believe it does not require submitting an MOA, but I am not sure)? Are the terms Proprietor/Proprietrix and Sole Proprietor not the same? Is my business not considered to run as a "Sole Proprietor" since I did not see this option anywhere in the online application?
