How Can We Create a Detailed Payslip for Our Construction Company Employees?

We are paying salaries to our employees in a lump sum. Now, we are planning to prepare a payslip that includes all statutory additions and deductions. Please provide me with a format so that we can prepare payslips and pay salaries to our employees. Our company is a construction company with a workforce at sites and some employees working in the office. We are also planning to deduct PF and ESI from our employees' salaries.
