Starting a New Interior Design Firm: Are My PF Contribution Rates Correct?

I have just opened a new firm for interior designing. Can you please check and let me know if the below PF contribution rates are correct according to the attachment before I make the payment? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the percentage of EPF administration charge, inspection charge, EDLI administration charge, and inspection charges?

EDLI calculation will be done by the portal auto admin. Charges are 0.65% of EPF salary, subject to a minimum of 500 per month. Inspection charges are nil with effect from 01/04/2017.
