Hi Friends,
As i am from HR field & having more than three years experience in the same field i want to ask one question to all HR Professional ,after being on a such a responsible designation OF an HR do we get that respect & positive response from the employees as well as Top management,we always feel ourself stuck in between top management & employees , If we implement something said by our top management than employees treat HR as an enemy & if do something in support of employee than our Bosses & Top management says that we are doing our job well , so putting our 100% even we can not satisfied both of them .
So Do you think that in such a case the HR can ever get a job satisfaction from their profile.
