2017 - 2018 Salary Structure - applying PF/ESIC as per mandate?

We are a System Integration company located at Mumbai. We have around 40+ employees on board. As per new mandate, we wants to apply PF & ESIC to our employees. Please guide us for the Salary Structure with current rules and also how to get updated on it. As we are a small company we are not hiring any HR Manager.
Looking for guidance from HR Fraternity.

Dear Mahesh,
Scientific Salary/Remuneration Structure is a one time job and once you finalise you may continue the same for at least 3 years before further review. Considering PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus etc and level wise within the organisation needs some expertise help. You may not engage HR Manager but it will be better if you structured your remuneration pattern by any experts/Organisation that will be quality output. Moreover, GST application on some employee related items - gift etc will be there in future.
