I wanted to know the calculation of year to date. Is it calculated on gross salary or the salary which is paid after leave without pay(LWP). From the below data you may get the idea:
JANUARY Month
gross salary= 26000 and salary after LWP=23400
FEBRUARY Month
gross salary= 26000 and salary after LWP=20800
March Month
gross salary=32000 and salary after LWP=28800
April Month
gross salary=32000 and salary after LWP=32000
If the current date as per the above data is 1 May then from the data please calculate the YTD calculation. Eagerly waiting for response. Its urgent. Reply as soon as possible.
