Proprietorship EPF Registration Issue: How to Correct the Firm's Name on the Certificate?

I have a firm proprietorship. I registered it for EPF registration, but after registration, in the registration certificate, my own name is listed instead of the firm's name. The firm does not have its own PAN. How can I get the name of my firm on the registration certificate?

To fill Form 5A, access the Unified Portal using your user ID and password. In the "Name" field, enter the name of the firm, and in the "PAN" field, provide your PAN card details. For the ownership section, indicate "Proprietorship," and then proceed to submit the form.

Once you submit the form, a new Form 5A will be generated. Sign and seal the form, and then submit it to the relevant EPFO office.
