Storing Gas Cylinders: Do We Need a License for Hydrogen, Oxygen, and More?

Dear sir,

We are storing 30 hydrogen gas cylinders, 2 oxygen gas cylinders, 8 argon cylinders, 25 nitrogen cylinders, and 4 zero air cylinders. Is a license required? The cylinders are kept in separate storage places. Whenever they are required, we use them in the plant.
