I have recently joined a small manufacturing unit in Kolkata. Our company's total headcount is around 60, which doesn't include factory laborers. Please suggest a leave policy for our back-office support staff. Currently, they are entitled to 15 days of Earned Leave (EL) and 14 days of calendar holidays. Our Marketing team receives 30 days of EL and 14 days of state calendar holidays.
I would appreciate your suggestions on how to create a unified leave policy that caters to both departments.
