We are a newly established manufacturing company, and we are now recruiting key people for our company. For initial operations, we have recruited an HR manager, a finance manager, a project manager, and one advisor. Currently, we are using a company secretary from a consultant. I have a doubt that since the Finance Manager is a Company Secretary Certified person, the Finance Manager can act as our internal Company Secretary as well as the Finance Manager.
