Special Allowance Rates in Maharashtra: No Changes Since July 1st, 2017 – What Does This Mean for Us?

Dear All,

Please find a circular by the Labour Commissioner dated 05.08.2017, providing revised rates of special allowance effective from 01.07.2017 onwards. There is no change in the special allowance this time; it seems.

What is Special Allowance in Maharashtra? I think Special Allowance means DA when compared to other states.
