I think that you would not mistake me if I point out that a question seeking some clarification should have clarity in itself. What do you mean by "go on unpaid leave without notice"? Is it going on leave without prior intimation or authorization, or resigning without notice under the pretext of going on LLP?
Suppose "the final settlement after the month end" suggested by the Company is termination for unauthorized absence, what will you do?
