We recently facing problem with our resigned employee who opt to give 1 months payment in lieu notice period instead of 1-months written resignation notice period which the payment in lieu amount has not been settled even within 7 days after the date of his contract employment is ceased with us.
I need your help and would appreciate you all are able to send me a sample letter of demand to pay in lieu of notice to resigned employee.
