Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have got the letter regarding PF inspection in our school. I have some queries related to this.
1. There are some employees who were working as a part time workers and we do not mention them in our attendance register so please tell me are they eligible for PF deduction.
2. There is 01 employee working on Ad hoc basis which mean she is not regular employee and we do not give salary for the month of june but she is on our regular attendance register is she eligible for PF deduction
3. There was 01 contractor who was providing us 02 Guards for security services (Now removed) but we didnt get any PF challan receipt from him during his service.
His firm name is St. john security & Services so we used to deduct 2% TDS on that. Do we need PF challans copy from him.
And please tell how to tackle the PF inspection that it will goes good.
