Managing Small Teams Across India: Can Group Insurance Meet Your ESIC Obligations?

Dear Sir/Madam,

If I operate pan India with headquarters in a city, and have 2-3 employees in all other locations, I am unable to provide them with ESIC benefits. ESIC registration requires a minimum of 10 employees in a city. Would group insurance for medical and compensation adequately cover my statutory liabilities?

Please obtain sub-codes for the location if the area is under the ESI Act and pay the ESI contributions.
