Applicability of "Trade Licence" + Shop & Establishments Act for a Public Company in Hyderabad

Clarification is solicited with regard to applicability of "Trade Licence" in addition to registration under Shop & Establishments Act for the Public Company for its Head Office situated in Hyderabad as per GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation).
