Hi Jagan,

Two tips to know the latest changes in labor laws are:

1. Stay in touch with this site.
2. Visit www.labour.nic.in.

I only know about these two things. Any suggestions, please?

Hi,

You can be in touch with some Employers' Forum in your city like Employers Federation, where the latest amendments will be circulated to its member companies. You can also periodically visit offices such as the Labour Department, Factories Inspectorate, ESI & PF local offices for the latest circulars and notifications in this regard.

You can also visit www.erlaws.com where the latest notifications and amendments will be published.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear,

Please go to the earlier posts of CiteHR or use Yahoo search engine. They have a lot of material. There's nothing like going to a law bookshop and buying a book to understand it. Also, see the downloads available on CiteHR itself.

There is a famous journal by the name of "Labour Law Reporter." ASSOCHAM, AIMA, and its regional chapters, industrial associations, labour inspectors, etc., keep you posted.
