Employer Deducts ESIC and EPF but Doesn't Pay: What Steps Should I Take Now?

Please help, for the last 10 months, my employer has not paid my ESIC and EPF contributions. Although the amounts are deducted every month, the payments have not been made. What should I do now?

Dear Raja,

Why has the employer not remitted EPF & ESI contributions deducted from employees? The employer is liable to pay the contribution, interest, and damages. In addition to this, criminal action will also be initiated by the relevant departments. Please escalate the matter to the concerned authorities.
