Appointment letter as per shops and establishment act

Hi All,
Is there any compulsion on use of the format for appointment letter given by the shops and establishment act in Karnataka?
is that is to be used compulsorily in all the appointment letters for the employee is Karnataka.
Kindly provide all the required information on this matter.
