Termination Letter due to submitted fake marks card

Dear All,
Two of our employees have joined by giving fake marks card and they are working from few years. Now we have come to know that they have joined us by giving fake marks card and also they have agreed. Anyone please share the termination letter for the same. What will be the legal procedure needs to be followed.
