EPF Withdrawal Without Management Support

Dear All Leaders,
I am rajesh From Bangalore, I need your help or suggestions how can i get my PF amount without my management support. I left the company 8 months back. Now the company got shut down and no one there to process my PF. Kindly suggest how can I Apply and get my PF amount. Awaiting for your valuable reply. Thank you all in advacne

you do not need management support for this
you should have UAN number with you.
New forms do not need managements sign to withdraw PF.
