How Can I Withdraw My PF After My Company Shut Down Without Management Help?

I am Rajesh from Bangalore. I need your help or suggestions on how I can get my PF amount without my management's support. I left the company 8 months ago, and now that the company has shut down, there is no one there to process my PF. Kindly suggest how I can apply and retrieve my PF amount. I am eagerly awaiting your valuable reply. Thank you all in advance.

Hi Rajesh,

You do not need management support for this. You should have a UAN number with you. New forms do not need management's sign to withdraw PF.
