Facing "Unexpected Error" During Employer Registration Uploads – Any Solutions?

Can anyone help me with regards to "New Employer Registration"? While uploading the requisite documents, a message of "unexpected error occurred" keeps appearing despite several repeated attempts. Please help me on how to proceed.

Please guide me. This error is coming: "Info unexpected error occurred while signing. Exception = no matching registered digital signatory details found."
