Unexpected Error occurred while uploading documents for New Registration of Employer (EPF)

Can any one help me in regard to "New Employer Registration". While uploading requisite documents, a message of "unexpected error occurred" comes time and again despite of several repeated trial. Plz help me how to go forward. Sincere regards, Sanjeev - 9990837380

Info:Unexpected error occured while signing.Exception=selected certificate key uasge is Key Encipherment.please remove from Internet explorer certificates with "key Usage" filed values as"Key Encipherment(20)" try again.
