Starting a New Office for Your LLP: Do You Need Local Permissions Even After MCA Registration?

Hello everyone,

We registered our firm "INZET SOLUTIONS LLP" with the objective of software development and training. We opened an office locally by renting a room. My doubt is, does it really require any local permissions to start operations even though we are registered with the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs)?

You will need to obtain a registration certificate (not permission) under the AP Shops & Establishment Act regardless of the manpower in your office.
