Which courses should I pursue further as this is my first job in a generalist role?

Hi, I have 6-7 years of experience in recruitment and completed my PGDHRM from NMIMS through distance learning. I was only getting jobs in recruitment agencies, which I was not interested in. For the past year, I have been employed by a company and managing their admin & HR functions. I have learned HR software and manage attendance, leaves, salary through software, and other compliances like PF, etc.

I would like to know which courses I should pursue further as this is my first job in a generalist role. I aim to expand my learning to access better opportunities in HR. Please guide me.

Rather than looking for courses, it is better to explore all the duties of HR step by step and implement them in the existing organization.
